The departure
terminal

When you arrive you should look for the 4 storey tower which is a focal point of the Toondah Harbour terminal.  Follow the signs and park on the eastern side of the tower in the designated lanes.  Prior to departure it is suggested that you check the details on both your departure and return trips to ensure that the dates and times are correct.

It is necessary for you to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure.  If you have already obtained your Confirmation/Tax Invoice then it will not be necessary for you to present yourself at our ticket office.  When it is time to board the vessel the crew, who are easily recognised in their staff safety uniforms, will direct you onto the vessel.
It is important that you do not proceed onto the vessel until given instructions by the crew.  Prior to every departure there will be a safety message which provides important information about your journey.
